About Us
We are ProActif Global LBG, a youth-focused non-governmental organization committed to transforming lives through health, advocacy, and empowerment.
Our Story
ProActif Global is a youth-focused civil society organization committed to empowering young people to make informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive health while building pathways for socio-economic independence. Founded on the belief that knowledge, opportunity, and agency are critical to transforming lives, the organization works at the intersection of health, education, and economic empowerment to address the real challenges facing young people—particularly adolescent girls and young women.
Through innovative and community-driven approaches, ProActif Global delivers comprehensive sexuality education, stigma reduction campaigns, and skills development programmes that equip young people with practical tools for life. Its flagship Skills Acquisition Program integrates entrepreneurship and vocational training with sexual and reproductive health education, ensuring that beneficiaries are not only informed but also economically empowered. The organization also leverages digital platforms to run impactful campaigns that simplify complex health information, challenge harmful norms, and amplify youth voices.
Collaboration remains central to ProActif Global’s work. The organization partners with institutions such as the Ghana AIDS Commission, UNFPA Ghana, NAP+ Ghana, GNP+, NAZ London, to design and implement interventions that are evidence-based, inclusive, and sustainable. By engaging communities, schools, and key stakeholders, ProActif fosters supportive environments that promote dignity, reduce stigma, and encourage positive health-seeking behaviours.
Guided by its core values of Inclusivity, Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Collaboration, and Empowerment, ProActif Global is building a future where young people are informed, resilient, and equipped to lead healthy, productive, and purpose-driven lives.
